Red Dragon at Mercado Roma’s Biergarten
At Mexico City’s Biergarten, located on the rooftop of the beautiful Mercado Roma, Eder Reyes “Soldado” crafted the Red Dragon. Eder Reyes used seasonal ingredients such as ginger syrup and tamarind and combined them with Tequila Casa Dragones blato create the perfect fall cocktail.
1.5 oz. Tequila Casa Dragones
1.3 oz. Grapefruit juice
0.7 oz. Ginger syrup and tamarind
2 Dashes of Peychaud´s bitter
Pour Tequila Casa Dragrones, the grapefruit juice, the ginger syrup and tamarind into a mixing glass with ice and shake. Fine strain and serve in an old fashioned glass with two cubes of ice. Add the dashes of Peychaud´s bitter. Garnish with a stick of cinnamon.
