Bartender Alejandro Blanco, of Restaurante Anatol, in Mexico City creates this visually stunning “Dragon Fruit Frozen Margarita” with mango, lime juice, and slices of Dragon Fruit, finished with Casa Dragones Blanco.
Cocktail Recipe
1 oz. Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco
2 oz. Pitaya
1 oz. Dry Curacao
1 oz. Cardamom Syrup
1 oz. Lime Juice
Put everything in a blender.
The Base: 2 oz. Strega, 3 oz. Frozen Blended Mango
Mix the tequila, curacao, syrup, pitaya and lime juice. Blend with the Strega and frozen mango. Pour in a glass. Garnish with slices of Dragon Fruit and add the rest of the ingredients.
