Crafted by head bartender Pablo Pasti of famed Mexican bar Licorería Limantour, the Micheloma is a creative fusion of two favorite Mexican cocktails: the classic Paloma, and the Michelada. Created especially for the kurimazutto and OMR Gallery party for Zona Maco 2018, this unique cocktail was inspired by the fusion of international works and the rising Mexican contemporary art scene.
1.5 oz Casa Dragones Blanco
.5 oz grapefruit juice
.75 oz Cynar (artichoke-based bittersweet liqueur)
1/2 lager beer
Pink salt and pepper
Combine ice, Casa Dragones Blanco, grapefruit juice and Cynar. Shake and pour into highball glass with salted rim. Top with beer.
