LOVE POTION

An ode to a white negroni, this creation by Yana Volfson is the perfect aphrodisiac cocktail for your Valentine’s Day. The floral and herbaceous taste profile compliments the roasted agave and green apple notes of Casa Dragones Blanco while focusing on ingredients that activate the heart.

Recipe

  • 1 ¼ oz. Casa Dragones Blanco
  • ½ oz. Damiana Liqueur
  • ¼ oz. Giffards Creme De Cacao
  • ¼ oz. Suze
  • ¼ oz. Coffee-infused Carpano Bianco
 

Stir all ingredients over ice in a chilled glass, strain over large ice cube and garnish with a candied polkadot heart.

José Luis León’s Be Mine cocktail uses a beautiful balance of sweet ingredients that complement Casa Dragones Blanco’s semi-sweet notes of agave, while delivering a romantic looking cocktail to please the senses.

 

Recipe

  • 1 ½ oz. Casa Dragones Blanco
  • 1 oz. Zinfandel Rose
  • ½ oz. Strawberry juice
  • ¼ oz. Watermelon juice
  • ⅓ oz. Lemon juice
  • ⅓ oz. Natural syrup

 

In a shaker add Casa Dragones Blanco, and the rest of the ingredients. Add ice to the shaker and shake. Strain in an old-fashioned glass with ice. Decorate with peppermint.

PERFECT PEAR

Delight your loved one with this romantic looking and delicious cocktail. Fabiola Padilla uses a handcrafted pear liqueur to enhance the herbaceous and citrus notes of Casa Dragones Blanco and adds a romantic lemon peel in the shape of a heart as a garnish.

 

Recipe

  • 1 ½ oz. Casa Dragones Blanco

  • ¾ oz. Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto Liqueur

  • ¾ oz. Cocchi Americano

  • ½ oz. Mathilde Pear Liqueur

  • Garnish: Lemon peel in the shape of a heart


In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients with ice. Mix for 20 seconds with a large barspoon. Double strain in a chilled, tall Nick & Nora glass. Add lemon peel zest and heart shape lemon peel for garnish.

Yana Volfson crafts a unique cocktail for Valentine’s Day using rhubarb and grapefruit cordial to bring out the fresh and herbaceous notes of Casa Dragones Blanco. What better way to say, “I love you.”

 

Recipe

  • 1 ⅔ oz. Casa Dragones Blanco
  • 1 oz. Rhubarb & Grapefruit Cordial
  • ⅓ oz. Aperol
  • ⅓ oz. Lime juice


Combine all liquids in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for about 12 seconds. Double strain over a coupe glass rimmed with pink peppercorn salt.
