Muerte Elegante Pairing Dinner for Day of the Dead

The Muerte Elegante Pairing Table dinner at La Casa Dragones was prepared by acclaimed Chef Gerardo Vazquez Lugo, whose restaurant Nicos in Mexico City has been ranked as one of Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants for 3 consecutive years. Chef Lugo’s dishes, like Tamal Colada de Calabaza and Terroba de Manitas de Puerco, were inspired by the delicate notes of Tequila Casa Dragones Joven and his desire to honor traditional Mexican cuisine on this very traditional day.
