Grilled octopus at The Restaurant
Owner of San Miguel de Allende’s The Restaurant, chef Donnie Masterson crafted an olive oil poached and grilled octopus dish to pair with Tequila Casa Dragones Joven. Masterson served the dish with with potato leek, celery and citrus vinaigrette. Playing off the natural sweetness in octopus and the smoothness of the agave in Casa Dragones Joven this dish delivers an incredible dining experience.
