CASA DRAGONES X CULTURED: A DESIGN-DRIVEN EVENING IN MONTAUK

This past weekend in Montauk, Casa Dragones had the pleasure of serving as the exclusive tequila partner for CULTURED Magazine’s July/August Issue Release Party—an evening celebrating the visionary design of Robin Standefer and Stephen Alesch of Roman and Williams, the issue’s guest editors and icons of contemporary interiors.

Much like Roman and Williams’ approach—layered, intentional, and masterfully executed—Casa Dragones shares a deep commitment to craftsmanship and refined artistry.

Guests gathered to toast the occasion in style, sipping bespoke cocktails—The Blank Check and Big in Japan—crafted with Casa Dragones Blanco and served in exquisite Roman and Williams Guild glassware. Each pour reflected the values of design-led living, where every detail tells a story.

Hosts Standefer, Alesch, and CULTURED Editor-in-Chief Sarah Harrelson welcomed a curated guest list of East End creatives and culture-makers. Among them: CULT100 cover star Julianne Moore, designer Cynthia Rowley, Jenna Lyons, and photographer Cass Bird, who lensed the guest editors for the issue’s cover. The scene included art-world titans David and Monica Zwirner and Gordon VeneKlasen, hotelier Sean Macpherson, Lingua Franca’s Rachelle Hruska Macpherson, Galerie Sardine co-founders Valentina Akerman and Joe Bradley, Sotheby’s CEO Charles Stewart, Reed and Delphine Krakoff, designer Ulla Johnson, model Sailor Brinkley-Cook, Taylor Schreiber—and, of course, Martha Stewart.

From intimate conversations to immersive aesthetics, the evening was a seamless fusion of creativity, craft, and culture—core values at the heart of both Casa Dragones and the design community it proudly champions.
