MEXICAN MIXOLOGY TAKES BOSTON: FIFTY MILS RESIDENCY AT TRIFECTA, FOUR SEASONS ONE DALTON

We’re proud to bring Mexican mixology to Boston in partnership with Fifty Mils—ranked No. 27 on The World’s 50 Best Bars list and one of Latin America’s most celebrated cocktail destinations.

For the first time ever, Fifty Mils has made its way to the U.S. for a month-long residency, taking over Trifecta at the Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street in Boston. The Mexican mixology pop-up features a curated menu of Casa Dragones cocktails and our full range of sipping tequilas—offering guests a chance to explore tasting flights, thoughtful culinary pairings, and bold, signature drinks. At the same time, back in Mexico, Fifty Mils is serving the very same cocktail menu throughout the month of June, creating a cross-border celebration of flavor and creativity. More than just a collaboration, this residency is a celebration of Mexico’s growing presence on the global cocktail scene.

On the menu: cocktails like the Paloma Querida—a bold, balanced mix of Casa Dragones Blanco and Reposado with achiote liqueur, chili syrup, citrus, and chocolate salt—alongside tequila flights and inspired pairings rooted in the flavors of Mexico City.

This partnership has been a long time in the making. After welcoming the Fifty Mils team to La Casa Dragones in San Miguel de Allende, we’re thrilled to bring this shared creative vision to the U.S.
