1 oz Cold-Extracted Cucumber Juice

1 oz Cold-Extracted Pineapple Juice

½ oz Lemon Juice

¼ oz Agave Syrup
Pour all the ingredients into a Boston shaker. Fill the shaker with ice. Hard Shake for ten seconds or until the outside of the shaker frosts up. Double strain your cocktail into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with one edible clover, or small green basil leaves and chamomile flowers.

Dry shake your egg white in your cocktail shaker. Add the additional ingredients with ice and shake. Strain and pour into a coupe glass and garnish with blue matcha powder and a passionfruit chip.
