Pink Panther by Enrique Olvera and Jim Meehan
Celebrity Chef Enrique Olvera of Mexico’s Pujol, named #20 on San Pellegrino’s “World’s 50 Best Restaurants” in 2014, joined James Beard Award-Winning mixologist Jim Meehan of New York City’s Please Don’t Tell to create the Pink Panther, a refreshing mixture of Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco, lime, and grapefruit juice.
Recipe
2 oz. Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco
0.75 oz. lime juice
0.5 oz. grapefruit juice
0.5 oz. of agave syrup
2 dashes of Orchard Street Celery Shrub
Shake with ice and fine strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
Top with 1 oz. Fever Tree Ginger Ale. Garnish with a lime wheel.
