In Monterrey, a city shaped by its industrial spirit, the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Monterrey (MARCO) has, over the past 35 years, established itself as a leading cultural institution in Mexico. More than an exhibition space, MARCO has become a platform for dialogue, community, and contemporary thought. Its annual gala embodies this essence—serving as a key meeting point where artists, collectors, curators, and institutions converge to actively support the cultural landscape.

Within this context, Tequila Casa Dragones has cultivated a natural relationship with the world of art, integrating aesthetic exploration, design, and Mexican tradition into its vision as forms of contemporary expression. Through various initiatives, the brand has connected the legacy of agave with current artistic practices, embracing luxury as a cultural experience that extends beyond the sensory.Bringing together nearly 300 guests across music, culture, and philanthropy, the evening unfolded as a celebration of global voices and shared purpose. Performances by Alicia Keys, Elena Rose, and Ela Taubert set the tone, with guests including Marc Anthony and Ciara in attendance.

The MARCO Gala 2026, under the concept “Surreal Bloom – The Garden of Creatures,” was conceived as an immersive experience inspired by surrealism. Art, scenography, and atmosphere transformed the space into a carefully orchestrated sensory journey.Crafted especially for Karol G, 200 Copas by Casa Dragones is a cristalino tequila that reflects a shared vision of celebration rooted in connection—an expression inspired by her song and its message of showing up for one another.

The evening unfolded as a sequence of acts guiding guests through different layers of the experience. From “The Garden Awakens,” a welcome cocktail accompanied by live music and exhibition access, to “The Flower of Origin,” a choreographic intervention that marked the beginning of the evening’s performative program. The dinner evolved into moments such as “The Song of Nectar” and “Pollination,” featuring musical and performative interpretations, culminating in a live auction and the after party, “The Garden Never Sleeps,” with international DJ sets.

Casa Dragones was present throughout this journey in three key moments. During the welcome cocktail, Casa Dragones Joven was served in flutes, presented on the brand’s signature silver trays and a specially designed display, accompanying guests’ first encounter with the evening. During dinner, it was integrated into the second course pairing, naturally complementing the culinary experience. Later, at the after party, a dedicated bar featured Casa Dragones Blanco served over solid ice with a grapefruit twist, as well as a Ginger Margarita, adding a more dynamic dimension to the night’s finale.Extending beyond the evening, a portion of Casa Dragones purchases was dedicated to supporting Fundación Con Cora, further reinforcing a shared commitment to long-term impact.

The gala brought together distinguished figures from the cultural, business, and social spheres, all connected through their support and promotion of contemporary art in Mexico. Within this setting, Casa Dragones’ presence aligned seamlessly with the curated and artistic nature of the event, integrating into a narrative that blended performance, live music, and gastronomy into a cohesive experience.

This collaboration is part of an ongoing relationship with MARCO, which in 2026 presents an internationally relevant exhibition program, including “Constellations and Drift: Latin American Art from the FEMSA Collection,” as well as exhibitions by Gabriel de la Mora, Charles and Ray Eames, and the group show “Your Ghosts Are Mine.”

For Casa Dragones, supporting institutions like MARCO reflects a long-term vision: to foster contemporary art and contribute to platforms that generate dialogue, community, and cultural projection. Through initiatives like this, Casa Dragones continues to strengthen its connection to the arts, actively participating in the development and international visibility of Mexico’s cultural scene.
