The cultural home of Casa Dragones
Located in the historic center of Mexico, San Miguel de Allende is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and remains one of the country’s leading destinations for architecture, artists, and craftsmanship rooted in the Bajío region.
Casa Dragones welcomes visitors in San Miguel de Allende through two tasting venues within the historic center: La Casa Dragones and the Casa Dragones Tasting Room at Dôce 18 Concept House.
LOS DRAGONES DE SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE
Casa Dragones takes its name from Los Dragones de San Miguel de Allende, a cavalry regiment stationed in the city during the colonial period whose members later participated in the early stages of Mexico’s independence movement. Their blue uniforms inspired the signature Casa Dragones color, while the number 16 — present on every bottle — references both the date of Mexico’s independence and the address of La Casa Dragones.
LA CASA DRAGONES
La Casa Dragones is a restored 17th-century residence in the historic center where guided tasting experiences unfold across the courtyard, Obsidian Bar, and rooftop terrace overlooking the city.

SAN MIGUEL AND CASA DRAGONES
San Miguel de Allende continues to serve as the cultural setting for Casa Dragones today, bringing together historic architecture, contemporary Mexican design, and a tradition of hospitality that shapes the experience of visiting both tasting venues within walking distance of the city’s central plaza.
