Tequila Casa Dragones joined Mexican artist Pedro Reyes to celebrate his new collection at Sala de Arte Público Siqueiros-La Tallera in Cuernavaca, Mexico. His exhibition, ‘Domingo Salvaje,’ is a journey of how cultures over time have seen the use of narcotics and psychotropic drugs through the different sciences and arts. Guests including Tayana Pimentel, G.T. Pellizzi (Tonatiuh), Dominico Zindato, Cesar Cervantes, Isaac Broid, Hector Esrawe, Ximena Garrido-Lecca, Mario Ballesteros, Rodrigo Altamirano, Boris Hirman, among others, received a private tour of the exhibit by the artist himself. A special lunch was served in La Tallera’s back garden, where Casa Dragones Blanco was served on the rocks with a twist.
Tequila Casa Dragones joined Voutsa‘s creative director George Venson for an intimate dinner to celebrate the brand’s month-long pop up shop. Co-hosted by Lela Rose Creative Brand Manager Sam Masters, who transformed a Nolita storefront adorned with Voutsa designs, French-Asian décor, festive lanterns, an all-black tablescape, and Chinese cuisine. Notable guests included Lela Rose, Josh Greene and Katrina Hernandez, Natalie Shirinian, Elizabeth Baudouin, Mieke ten Have, Sasha Bikoff, Paul Marlow, Patrick Mele, Hamish Bowles, and David Cafiero. During the cocktail hour, guests enjoyed a special Casa Dragones Blanco cocktail, The Tipsy Lotus, that featured ancho chili, hibiscus, jasmine, lemon and rose, in addition to Dragones on the Rocks with a grapefruit twist.
Tequila Casa Dragones joined the Maison&Objet event, which brought together a vibrant community of designers, architects, and property developers in Miami Beach. As Tequila Casa Dragones continues to support emerging Mexican talent, we were proud to participate in this event together with Mexican design studio, AD HOC. Known for designing spaces and creating pieces that reflect Mexico’s artisan legacy with materials and manual processes in every product, AD HOC showcased bottles of Tequila Casa Dragones Joven in their beautifully crafted hand-made wooden bar.
Tequila Casa Dragones was honored to join the New York-based Consul General of Mexico Sandra Fuentes, New York’s Office of the Mayor representative Danny Kadishson, and US-Mexico Chamber of Commerce representative Alejandro Ramos in a celebration of Mexican culture and heritage at Cosme in New York. At the annual Cinco de Mayo luncheon Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco was crafted into three signature cocktails, the “Tommy’s Style Margarita,” the “Cosme Paloma,” and the Dragones on the Rocks.
In honor of Mexican craftsmanship, Tequila Casa Dragones joined Dallas luxury retailer Forty Five Ten’s Cinco de Mayo celebration, showcasing the work of four top Mexican designers. Forty Five Ten’s owner, Brian Bolke hosted former Vanity Fair editor Ceciia de Sola and former W magazine accessories director Karla Martinez as they presented their fashion line, Piamita. Home accessories designer Jan Barboglio displayed her collection, Sara Beltran showcased her beach inspired Dezso fine jewelry line, while perfumer and architect Carlos Huber presented his fragrance line Arquiste. Guests enjoyed the Honey Dragon Margarita while DJ Lucy Wrubel entertained guests at the Terrace of The Joule in Dallas. To commemorate the occasion, four Joven bottles, personalized with “Forty Five Ten,” were created.
Tequila Casa Dragones joined contemporary art fair Frieze‘s founders Amanda Sharp and Matthew Slotover as they hosted a VIP invite-only opening party at the Ace Hotel for the three day art fair’s artists, sponsors and collectors. Guests enjoyed music by notable DJ Juliana Huxtable while enjoying cocktails created with Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco, the “25 Años”, the aptly named “Some Like It Hot” and the classic Dragones on the Rocks.
Tequila Casa Dragones was pleased to join multiple award-winning violinist Joshua Bell and celebrated Mexican Chef Enrique Olvera in hosting an exclusive Cinco de Mayo event to benefit Education Through Music—a New York City based nonprofit that provides music education to disadvantaged schools. Bell entertained notable New Yorkers and society elite with a performance of traditional Mexican folk songs. For dinner, guests were treated to a menu specially prepared by Chef Enrique Olvera of Cosme, recently named best new restaurant by the New York Times. The menu was paired with Tequila Casa Dragones Joven and included dishes like uni tostada with avocado and bone marrow salsa and a husk meringue corn mousse.
Tequila Casa Dragones was pleased to join luxury fashion designer Lela Rose and Neiman Marcus for a cocktail event and auction at the Degolyer Estate in Dallas, TX. Guests were treated to a viewing of Lela’s latest collection and enjoyed Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco in the new Habanero Margarita. Attendees were also treated to Lela Rose’s favorite margarita, Brandon’s Margarita, mixed with Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco.
Casa Dragones was delighted to be a part of the Supper Club’s latest First Bite cocktail event at the stylish L.A. rooftop restaurant, E.P. & L.P. During the warm beautiful evening, the Supper Club members enjoyed cocktails created with Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco such as the Hibiscus Dragon, along with Asian inspired hors d’oeuvres from E.P. & L.P. and macaroons.
As part of our commitment to support female leadership, Tequila Casa Dragones was joined by Altaír Jarabo, Jacqueline Franjou, María del Carmen Bernal and Lourdes Berho and luxury retailer Palacio de Hierro, in Mexico City, for the first ever Women’s Forum Mexico. Casa Dragones and Palacio De Hierro hosted an intimate opening dinner where Casa Dragones Joven was served, as well as a closing cocktail event where Casa Dragones Blanco was served. Celebrating strong women, the Women’s Forum emphasized, “actions and solutions to open new social and economic opportunities, and the need and importance of involving everyone in processes of change.”
Tequila Casa Dragones joined The ElderStatesman, a Los-Angeles based luxury lifestyle label founded by Greg Chait, for the launch of Solar Magazine, with a presentation of limited edition tiles by Mexican artist Jose Dávila. Guests including Igor Ramires Garcia-Peralta, Jose Davila, Greg Chait, Michaela Dosamantes, Daniela Villegas, Maximiliano Patane, Seth Bertman, Ethan Peck and others enjoyed signature Casa Dragones Blanco cocktails and Casa Dragones on the rocks.
Tequila Casa Dragones was pleased to join Vogue.com for their pre-Met Gala bash at Search & Destroy, the infamous Japanese punk bunker, in New York’s East Village. The #LastSaturdayinApril party was attended by guests Alexa Chung, SZA, Lily Aldridge, Candice Huffine, Halsey, Ruby Aldridge, Chloë Sevigny, Nadja Bender, Anna Cleveland and Martha Hunt, among others. Guests enjoyed a signature Casa Dragones Blanco cocktail, aptly named “Bad Blood”, and traditional Japanese street food, while an impromptu performance by Dev Hynes brought everyone including Rick Ross, partying into the wee hours.
