Cinco de Mayo Pairing Dinner at The Beatrice Inn
As a special Cinco de Mayo celebration, Beatrice Inn in New York City hosted an elegant evening, presenting guests with an exclusive menu paired with Casa Dragones Joven Sipping Tequila.
Sous chef Ed Szymanski designed a special Mexican menu for one night only, inspired by the tasting notes of Casa Dragones Joven. The traditional Mexican menu included Quesadilla de Flor de Calabaza, Tamal de Pollo and Tamale de Queso. All dishes represented traditional flavors of Mexico and paired perfectly with Casa Dragones Joven.
The evening was heightened not only by the creative cuisine, but also by the festive atmosphere of the Cinco de Mayo celebrations.
