An Elegant Dinner By Award Winning Chefs

Chef Eric Ripert and fashion designer and guest “chef” Isaac Mizrahi enjoyed Casa Dragones at the Great Chefs Dinner in the Hamptons. James Beard award-winning pastry chef Claudia Fleming (North Fork Table and Inn) created a dessert of rose meringues with red, pink and white raspberries and lime cream to be paired with Casa Dragones Tequila. “Chef” Mizrahi also created a vanilla bean chocolate chip ice cream with macerated cherries. Guests of the event included culinary stars Michael White (Michelin Star Chef), Marc Forgione (Iron Chef winner), Jonathan Waxman (Top Chef Masters winner), Harold Dieterle (Top Chef winner), Josh Capon (Lure Fishbar) and Joe Realmuto (Nick & Toni’s).
